Kahak, which is MAPNA’s first solar power station, is constructed by MAPNA Renewable Energies Generation Company and MAPNA Electric & Control Engineering & Manufacturing Company (MECO). The groundbreaking ceremony, held on March 12, 2017, was attended by Minister of Power Hamid Chitchian.
