Tehran Mayor Takes A Tour of MAPNA Group

شهردار تهران روز پنجشنبه دوم تیر 1401 مهمان گروه مپنا بود و از خط شش مترو تهران و کارخانه های مپنا در استان البرز بازدید کرد. در این رویداد، علیرضا زاکانی، شهردار تهران در همراهی با عباس علی آبادی، مدیرعامل گروه مپنا با توانمندی‌های این مجموعه دانش بنیان در حوزه‌های توسعه خطوط مترو پایتخت، تأمین واگن مترو، زیرساخت‌ها و ایستگاه‌های شارژ خودروهای برقی در تهران و تأمین ناوگان اتوبوس و خودرو برقی از نزدیک آشنا شد. شهردار تهران ابتدا از مترو خط شش که بلندترین خط مترویی خاورمیانه به شمار می‌رود بازدید کرد. احداث این خط به طول 42 کیلومتر و 32 ایستگاه توسط شرکت احداث و توسعه ریلی مپنا از شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه بخش حمل و نقل ریلی گروه مپنا انجام می‌شود...

Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani visited different subsidiary companies of MAPNA group as well as the ongoing Metro Line 6 project on Thursday, June 23.

Accompanied by MAPNA Group President Abbas Aliabadi, Zakani and his delegation first took a tour of the ongoing project of Tehran’s Metro Line 6.

This is the longest metro line in the Middle East with 42 kilometers and 32 stations and is under development by MAPNA Railway Construction and Development Company.

In the next part of the tour, Zakani traveled to Karaj, Alborz Province, visiting a number of subsidiary companies of MAPNA group including MAPNA Locomotive Engineering & Manufacturing Company (MLC), MAPNA Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TUGA), and MAPNA Electric & Control Engineering & Manufacturing Company (MECO).

Tehran mayor and his delegation got acquainted with the capabilities of these companies in different industrial fields such as the production of main equipment for thermal power plants, rail fleet, electric cars and buses, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The visit came in line with the implementation of an agreement signed between Tehran Municipality and MAPNA Group with the aim of reducing Tehran’s air pollution through the development of public transportation and using of green energies.

At the end of the visit, Zakani hailed the capabilities of Iranian experts and localization of different industrial products inside MAPNA Group, hoping that increased bilateral cooperation could lead to offering green and safe transportation to citizens.
