MAPNA Group Showcases Achievements at 2024 Iraq Energy Expo

MAPNA Group took part in the 9th Iraq International Energy Exhibition from Feb. 12 to 14, 2024.

The group displayed its products and services in various fields of energy, with representatives from different departments attending the event.

The exhibition, held in Baghdad, attracted 180 domestic and international companies from around the world. The event offered an opportunity to access the growing Iraqi energy market, increase sales, learn about the latest developments in the energy field, and see the newest energy products and services in Iraq, with representatives from the world’s largest companies.

MAPNA’s booth was visited by international experts and national and political officials, including the Iraqi Minister of Electricity and his delegation, the directors of the Iraqi regional electricity and the electricity industry activists, and the Iraqi Minister of Oil.

Iraqi officials praised MAPNA’s work and called for swift completion of the MAPNA Group Service Center project and the upgrade project at Al Haydariyah Power Plant. MAPNA is the first and largest general contractor of a power plant in Iran and the Middle East and has produced more than 60,000 megawatts of electricity with the help of Iranian experts. The conglomerate has also generated more than 5,000 megawatts of electricity in other countries.
