Moving blades of the MTB19 turbine, which can be installed on the GT400 turbine, are manufactured by MAPNA Turbine Blade Engineering and Manufacturing Company (PARTO) according to the OEM specifications. This dual-shaft turbine has two moving and stationary blades in the Power Turbine section and two others in the Compressor section. It has a nominal capacity of 21 MW in open cycle and ISO conditions. PARTO manufactures the 1st stage bucket using single crystal casting technology and the 2nd stage one using directional solidification (DS) casting.
