Four Turbines of Khaf Wind Farm Synchronized in 48 Hours

Four turbines of the 10-MW Khaf wind farm were synchronized to the national grid in a short period and within only 48 hours, thanks to the efforts of MAPNA Group experts.
Units 1 to 4 of the wind farm joined the grid in a span of 48 hours, starting on July 6, 2023.
Also, during this project, a record of installing a complete unit in less than 48 hours (which is very close to world records) was achieved.
This project, as the first MAPNA wind power plant project with an external client, involved specialists from different subsidiaries of MAPNA Group, including Nasb Niroo Company, MAPNA Generator Engineering and Manufacturing Company (PARS), MAPNA Operation and Maintenance Company (O&M Co), MAPNA Electric & Control Engineering & Manufacturing Company (MECO), and MAPNA Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TUGA).
Located in Khaf, northeastern Iranian province of Khorasan Razavi, the wind farm will have a total capacity of 50 MWs upon completion.
