Unit 4 of Kerman Power Plant Steam Portion Receives FAC

MAPNA Combined Cycle Power Plants Construction & Development (MD-2) Company, the executor of the project, received final acceptance certificate (FAC) on September 22nd, 2019.

MAPNA Combined Cycle Power Plants Construction & Development (MD-2) Company, the executor of the project, received final acceptance certificate (FAC) on September 22nd, 2019.
With final delivery of this unit, MAPNA Combined Cycle Power Plants Construction & Development Company (MD-2) has now received FAC for 78 units with an aggregate capacity of 11,723 MWs.
Kerman Combined Cycle Power Plant consists of four steam units each with a capacity of 160 MWs (640 MWs in total) at ISO conditions, running on E-Type turbine, HRSG with supplementary firing (pressure: 92 bars, capacity: 250 tons per hour) and ACC cooling system.
The power plant is located at 5th kilometer of Bagheyn-Rafsanjan road.
Thermal Power Plants Holding Company is the client of the project and Moshanir serves as consultant.
The main contractor of the project, MAPNA Power Plants Construction & Development Company, is responsible for synchronization and provisional delivery of the units.
In 2013, following a restructuring of MAPNA Group power subsidiaries, MAPNA Combined Cycle Power Plants Construction & Development Company (MD-2) assumed completion of the projects and final delivery.
