The event, which commenced on Saturday, April 27, 2024, featured MAPNA Group’s diverse offerings in power generation, power plant services, transportation, oil and gas sectors, and electrification, among others.

The exhibition served as a platform for MAPNA to engage with international business delegates from various regions, including the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.

These interactions provided an opportunity for the delegates to explore MAPNA Group’s achievements and potential in the technical and engineering domains.

Discussions at the event revolved around collaboration in investment, power plant construction, equipment supply, maintenance services, and the advancement of knowledge-based products.

The exchange also covered the introduction of new technologies and the sharing of technical expertise.

Distinguished visitors to MAPNA Group’s booth included Energy Minister Ali Akbar Mehrabian and Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Abbas Aliabadi.

MAPNA Group’s journey in technical and engineering exports began with power plant projects in Oman. Today, it boasts the largest such project in the nation’s history, with the two billion euro Rumaila combined cycle power plant near Basra, Iraq.

The group’s subsidiaries have successfully executed projects involving the construction, service, and consultancy of power plants in countries like Iraq, Syria, Oman, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. The exhibition, a showcase of Iran’s prowess in exports, is set to conclude on Wednesday, May 1.
