MAPNA Group’s Electric Vehicle and Infrastructure Development Center (EVIDC) has launched an online shop for electric vehicle chargers and accessories to help expedite the development of EV infrastructure in Iran.
The digital store, available through https://www.mapna-evidc.com/store, sells a variety of EV chargers such as stationary AC chargers, street AC chargers, AC and DC wall chargers, portable AC chargers and e-bike chargers.
Each device is available in a variety of packages to satisfy the needs of different customers; for example, “Pro” chargers have LED screens that display the battery and charting status as well as other statistics, whereas “Advanced” chargers merely display the charging process.
Users can also select from a variety of accessories, such as cables with different length (5 or 7 meters) as well as connecting modules (LAN, WiFi, and 3G networks). Moreover, customers can select chargers with discharge capacities ranging from 4.7kW to 22kW based on their EVs.
Purchase Process
To purchase MAPNA EV chargers and accessories, users must first create an account on the website.
After selecting the matching product using the instructions, users must upload an image of the charger’s installation position and the property’s electricity meter for technical inspection by MAPNA experts.
The user will receive a pre-invoice at the completion of the process. The support team will then immediately analyze the uploaded documents and notify users of the result through SMS and the user panel, allowing them to continue with the purchase.
The product will be delivered to the customer and installed by EVIDC experts after payment is received.

پس از انتخاب محصول و اضافه کردن آن به سبد خرید، کاربران باید به منظور بررسی فنی کارشناسان، تصویری از نمای محل نصب و نیز تصویری از کنتور برق را در سامانه آپلود کنند. سپس با ادامه فرایند خرید، کاربر به صفحه تایید سفارش نهایی هدایت خواهد شد. در پایان نیز صدور پیش فاکتور برای کاربر صورت خواهد گرفت.
پس از این مرحله، کارشناسان پشتیبانی بهسرعت مدارک بارگذاری شده را بررسی کرده و نتیجه از طریق پیامک و نیز پنل کاربری موجود در سایت به کاربران اطلاع می‌دهند تا بتوانند ادامه فرآیند خرید را پیگیری نمایند.
