MAPNA Group’s Accomplishments at Iran Oil Show 2024: A Brief Overview

This year, at the Iran Oil Show, MAPNA Group entered into cooperative agreements with several companies.

The exhibition, which took place at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground, was inaugurated on May 8 and concluded four days later.

MAPNA Group booth welcomed a host of officials from the Iranian oil and gas industry, as well as CEOs from private companies and other related businesses.

MAPNA Group signed several cooperation agreements with various parties. In one of these Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), MAPNA Group and the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Corporation committed to joint investments in oil and gas fields and participation in downstream development projects.

Another MoU outlined MAPNA Group’s plans to enhance the drilling capabilities of both onshore and offshore rigs and accelerate the development of the Qale-Nar, Kabud, and Balaroud oil fields. An additional MoU included the establishment of a modular processing unit for the Qale-Nar oil field.

Furthermore, a set of three MoUs were signed for the development of four oil fields: Band-e Karkheh, Danan, Dehloran, and Forouz B.

MAPNA Boiler and Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing Company inked an MoU with Mobin Petro Sazeh Engineering and Development Company. According to the document, the MAPNA subsidiary is entrusted with the end-to-end process for three HP Steam Boiler packages, each with an 80-ton per hour capacity. This includes design, raw material procurement, construction, implementation, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and the provision of related equipment.

The Iran Oil Show 2024, themed “Petroleum industry, production leap and technological optimization”, saw participation from 1,500 Iranian firms and 250 companies from 12 countries.

Participants from the upstream, intermediate, and downstream sectors of the oil industry, along with associations and unions of oil industry equipment manufacturers, and first-time producers NTBFs, showcased their achievements at the event, which is the most significant Iranian event related to the oil industry.
