MAPNA Receives PAC for Steam Cycle of Yazd Taban Power Plant
MAPNA Group receives provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) for the steam cycle of Yazd Taban Combined Cycle Power Plant.
MAPNA Combined Cycle Power Plants Construction & Development (MD-2) Company, the executor of the project, received the certificate on April 6th, 2019.
With provisional delivery of the unit, MD-2 has now received PAC for 89 units with an aggregate capacity of 13,571 MWs.
About Yazd Taban Project
Yazd Taban Project was commissioned to MD-2 on April 20th, 2012.
Located southeast of the city of Yazd in central Iran, the power plant comprises of two gas-fired units each with a capacity of 162 MWs, one steam unit with a capacity of 160 MWs; a Heller cooling tower, and a 400-kv power transmission line.
The client of this project is Jam Energy Development Company and the consultant of the project is Ghods Niroo Consulting Engineers Company.
