The first gas unit of Sabzevar Combined Cycle Power Plant was officially inaugurated to mark the start of the 183-MW unit. The inauguration took place via a video conference attended by Acting President Mohammad Mokhbar and Energy Minister Ali Akbar Mehrabian on June 20, 2024. The plant, upon completion, can produce 546 MW of electricity
