The exhibition opened on 6 December 2025 in Asalouyeh, Iran’s energy hub. Key attendees included Hassan Abbaszadeh, Deputy Oil Minister and CEO of the National Petrochemical Company, Arsalan Zare, Governor of Bushehr Province, and Sakhavat Asadi, CEO of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone.
About 250 domestic firms are participating. The exhibition runs for five days at the Pars International Exhibitions complex.
At the event, MAPNA showcased its industrial and technological capabilities to highlight its role in building domestic energy-sector capacity.
MAPNA’s Oil and Gas Services company played a central part. Its supply deputy, Hassan Esmaeili, said the exhibition “provides an effective platform to strengthen the domestic supply chain, expand industrial cooperation and showcase national capabilities in oil and gas.”
He added that MAPNA’s presence offers “a valuable opportunity for direct engagement with operators and knowledge-based firms.”
He said the company handles supply, maintenance, servicing and operation of critical energy industry equipment.
One of its main goals, he said, is to localize strategic parts and reduce reliance on foreign suppliers.
Over recent years, he noted, more than two thousand industrial equipment parts have been successfully reverse-engineered and localized.
He also said that MAPNA has domestically produced turbine components for models including SGT100, SGT200, SGT400 and SGT600, as well as turbines from GE, MANN, Sulzer and other key equipment. This, he said, helps MAPNA respond to client needs with local solutions.
In this edition of the exhibition, some 150 domestic and Persian Gulf petrochemical firms, along with over 100 knowledge-based and technology companies, are presenting their latest domestically developed technologies and products for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
The exhibition continues daily from 9:00 to 17:00 until 10 December 2025 (19 Azar 1404).
