According to MAPNA Group Media Management, a consortium formed by MAPNA Digital and MAPNA Power Services Company has signed contracts to implement infrastructure and deliver power plant condition monitoring services.
The agreements cover 18 MAPNA Group companies active in thermal power, renewable energy, and combined power and water generation.
The contracts were signed during a joint meeting held on December 14 at MAPNA Group headquarters.
The meeting was attended by Mohammad Owliya, President of MAPNA Group; Khalil Behbahani, CEO of MAPNA Power and Water Holding; Mohsen Amiri, CEO of MAPNA Iranian Power Plants Holding; Seyed Ali Firouzabadi, CEO of MAPNA Digital; Manoochehr Jabbari, CEO of MAPNA Power Services Company; and the CEOs of MAPNA’s power generation companies.
At the meeting, Owliya described the contracts as highly significant and stressed the need for their effective implementation.
He said these projects help expand innovation and create momentum across MAPNA’s project activities. “Proper execution of power plant condition monitoring can lead to the development of the group’s business,” he said.
With the signing of these contracts, MAPNA Group has taken a major step toward operationalizing its digital transformation strategy in power plant service delivery. The scope of work includes online condition monitoring services for key power plant equipment.
These include gas, steam, and wind turbines, heat recovery steam generators, generators, transformers, and other critical assets. Monitoring is based on data collected at MAPNA’s central condition monitoring center.
The project also provides operational scenario analysis to quantitatively assess and predict how changes in operating parameters affect key performance indicators of power generation units.
These indicators focus on availability, reliability, and production capability. In addition, the contracts cover the delivery of an integrated predictive maintenance software platform, AI-based condition monitoring applications, and power plant operation dashboards.
The system further includes request management software to manage interactions between power plants and MAPNA Group companies.
It also enables data integration and connectivity with existing plant software and applications, such as computerized maintenance management systems, asset performance management tools, and field operations management systems.
