At the IMI-100 ranking of Iran’s top companies in the Persian calendar year 1404 (March 2025—March 2026), MAPNA Group stood out with notable results.
The holding has been ranked among the top 10 leading firms nationwide while securing 14th place for total sales and revenue.
In the “Diversified Industrial Groups” category, MAPNA ranked third among similar industrial holdings. It also achieved sixth place for highest value added among the top 100 companies.
MAPNA was ranked ninth for total assets. It earned fifth place for profitability and fourth place for sales return among the top 100 firms.
In the energy sector rankings, MAPNA Iranian Power Plant Management Company ranked second among energy companies. MAPNA Renewable Energies Generation Company placed seventh.
MAPNA Renewable Energies Generation Company was also recognized as one of the top five fastest-growing companies among the top 300.
In the “Contracting Companies” group, several MAPNA subsidiaries earned positions: MAPNA Thermal Power Plant Development Company (MD-2) ranked eighth, Neyr Perse ninth, MAPNA Special Projects Development Company (MD-3) eleventh, and MAPNA Power Plant Construction & Development Company (MD-1) twelfth.
Under other categories, MAPNA Oil & Gas Technical Support and Operations Company placed ninth in “Commercial Services,” and MAPNA Drilling came in eleventh in “Exploration, Extraction, and Ancillary Services.”
Among the top companies in Iran overall: for total sales and revenue, MAPNA Iranian Power Plant Management Company placed 140th; MD-2 was 174th; Neyr Perse was 182nd; MD-3 was 187th; MD-1 was 188th; MAPNA Drilling was 226th; MAPNA Oil & Gas Technical Support and Operations Company was 249th; and MAPNA Renewable Energies Generation Company was 255th.
In other top rankings, MAPNA Iranian Power Plant Management Company secured fifth place for highest value added. It earned fourth place for profitability and MAPNA Group ranked fourth for sales return.
The IMI-100 ranking has been published annually by the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) since 1377 (1998). The ranking aims to provide transparent data on Iran’s economic enterprises.
It helps business leaders, policymakers, and researchers better understand the financial and economic scale of the country’s major industries.
