MAPNA Group attended the Middle East Rail 2016 exhibition and conference held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The event was held on 8-9 March, in International Convention and Exhibition Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
International operators and contractors in the railway industry took part in the exhibition, as well as senior transportation officials from the Middle East and North Africa region.
MAPNA also participated in the exhibition, showcasing its latest achievements in the railway industry and holding bilateral and multilateral negotiations with Asian and European operators and contractors.
The company has been active in Iran’s rail industry since 2005. It will be a key participant in Tehran’s fourth international railway exhibition which is to be held in spring of 2016.
Three subsidiaries of the company are currently carrying out railway projects inside Iran including the electrification of the 926 km rail way from Tehran to the city of Mashhad, Iran’s primary pilgrimage site. The project was inaugurated by Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani on Saturday, February 6, 2016.
The next edition of the Middle East Rail exhibition and conference will be held on 7 – 8 MARCH 2017.
