Sam Energy Management and Development Company (Sam Energy) and Shourije Sarakhs Gas Processing and Storage Company have formalized a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a joint venture in the Shurijeh D reservoir field gas storage project.
The agreement was inked by Mohammed Mahdi Mozafar, CEO of Sam Energy, and Hamid Shahriari, CEO of Shourije Sarakhs Gas Processing and Storage Company, as the representative of MAPNA Group Oil and Gas Division.
The document was inked during the 4th International Conference on the Role of the National Development Fund in Implementing the Seventh Plan.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mohammad Owliya, MAPNA Group President.
The partnership is backed by an estimated investment of $660 million.
