According to IranTalent’s annual report, MAPNA Group achieved the title of Top Employer Brand in Iran from the Perspective of Job Seekers for the year 1404 (March 2025–March 2026).
This national recognition is based on data collected from over 8,000 professionals across various fields, reflecting MAPNA’s established reputation as a leading organization in the eyes of Iranian job seekers and specialists.
MAPNA’s Ascent in IranTalent’s Annual Rankings
Over the past four years, IranTalent has conducted a comprehensive national survey titled “Most Attractive Companies to Job Seekers,” analyzing perceptions about preferred employers.
In 1400, Digikala ranked first, MAPNA second, and Irancell third. In 1401, Digikala remained in the top spot, followed by MAPNA and Snapp Group in second and third places, respectively. However, in 1402, MAPNA rose to first place, with Digikala and Iran Khodro occupying the second and third positions. This upward trend continued in 1403, with MAPNA maintaining the top position, followed by Snapp Group and Irancell.
MAPNA’s Strong Appeal Among Professional Segments
Segmented analysis from IranTalent highlights MAPNA’s strong standing among professionals in different fields.
Among HR professionals, MAPNA ranked first, followed by Hamrah Aval and Irancell. In the accounting and finance category, MAPNA again took the top position, with Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and Irancell following.
MAPNA also ranked first among managerial professionals, ahead of Nestlé Iran and Irancell. Among general specialists, MAPNA led the rankings, followed by Snapp and Irancell. In the programming and IT sector, MAPNA ranked fourth after Snapp, Irancell, and Digikala.
MAPNA Leads in Oil, Gas, and Power Industries
Among companies operating in the oil, gas, and power generation sectors, MAPNA was recognized as the most preferred employer by job seekers. Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and TAPPICO ranked second and third, respectively.
Official Ceremony and Executive Panel Participation
The official unveiling of IranTalent’s annual report took place on May 26, 2025, at the Rayzan Conference Center in Tehran.
At the event, MAPNA Group received the Golden Statuette for Top Employer Brand in Iran from the Perspective of Job Seekers.
A panel discussion featuring CEOs from leading companies was held as part of the event. Representing MAPNA Group, Alireza Yazdizadeh— MAPNA Group vice president and deputy head for strategic planning—shared MAPNA’s perspectives and experiences regarding employer branding and the strategic importance of human capital.
Yazdizadeh emphasized the evolution of organizational standards and maturity in recent years. “Employer branding at MAPNA is not merely a promotional tool,” he stated. “It reflects the deep-rooted organizational culture of this group—a culture grounded in excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.”
He further highlighted the pivotal role of senior executives in shaping and embodying this culture, noting, “A rich organizational culture makes the organization resilient against crises.”

Later in the ceremony, IranTalent presented its data-driven report, derived from the country’s largest database of professionals and job seekers. The report, analyzing data from more than 180,000 users over 17 years, offers a clear picture of how public perceptions of employer brands align with internal organizational realities.
At the conclusion of the event, MAPNA Group was officially named Iran’s Top Employer Brand from the Perspective of Job Seekers and was awarded the Golden Statuette.
The conglomerate also secured third place in the oil and gas sector and received a special statuette in that category.
