On Tuesday, May 17, 2016 MAPNA Group was host to Algeria’s Minister of Industry and Mines.
Abdeslam Bouchouareb paid a visit to MAPNA’s Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TUGA) along with a delegation including the Algerian ambassador to Tehran and officials from the state-run oil company, Sonatrach.
MAPNA Group CEO Abbas Aliabadi welcomed the prospect of collaboration with the Algerian energy sector. “MAPNA’s doors are open to Algerian industries,” Aliabadi said.
Algerian Minister of Industry and Mines also expressed pleasure with his visit, praising MAPNA for its technological advances in the recent years.
This was the first visit to MAPNA by an Algerian Minister. Last year, MAPNA Group hosted Ambassador Abdelmoun’aam Ahriz in July.
