The contract for drilling in Sepehr exploration well was signed between MAPNA Group and National Iranian Oil Company Exploration Directorate. Operation started in 2011 in Juffair oil field north of Dezful. Vertical drilling was carried out in Sepehr I exploration well for 465 days at a depth of 4577 meters.
